We will discuss what labor and immediate postpartum may look like, discuss your preferences, how to advocate for yourself and desires as well as giving you up to date researched base information on all of your options for every situation birth may throw at you.

Postpartum Sanctuary Plan
You can do all the planning for birth and buy all the diapers in the world, but nothing can truly prepare you for bringing your baby home. I am here to make sure you get to fully soak in those first few weeks with your new littlest love. It is important not to forget to focus on the intense physical and emotional changes that come with such a lifechanging season. We will build your postpartum support team, chat about what to expect physically postpartum and different ways to heal, talk about how you wish to feed your babe, how to actually take care of a new human (!!!), any questions or concerns regarding norms when it comes to sleep and overall baby care. We will also focus deeply on your own mental health and prepare a toolkit to keep you healthy. We will work together to make a plan ensuring you are prepared mentally, physically and spiritually for the fourth trimester.
After our session, I will send you detailed notes, lists and plans based on what we spoke about.
